Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after it has entered processing.

SHIPPING

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Urukundo is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
