PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During launches, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Urukundo ships worldwide.

Estimated delivery times:

• New Zealand: 5–12 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. Urukundo is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Urukundo is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Urukundo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
